Sub-processors

Hypercube Consulting Ltd (“Hypercube”) engages a small number of third-party sub-processors to support the delivery and administration of its services. This page lists each sub-processor, the purpose of the engagement, the categories of personal data involved, and the safeguards in place.

Hypercube deploys its platform and services into each customer’s own cloud environment. Customer data processed within the service remains inside the customer’s estate, under the customer’s residency, access, and governance controls. As a result, Hypercube’s sub-processor list is short. The sub-processors below support the corporate systems Hypercube uses to deliver and administer engagements, such as support, communications, and meeting records.

Hypercube updates this page and provides at least 30 days’ written notice to affected customers before engaging a new sub-processor. Customers raise any objection through their Hypercube account contact within the notice period.
