Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

1. Introduction

Hypercube Consulting Ltd (“Hypercube”, or “the Company”) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations and supply chains. This statement outlines the steps we have taken and are continuing to take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chain.

Hypercube recognise our responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, and to ensure effective systems and controls are in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery.

2. Organisation Structure and Business

Hypercube is a consulting and technology services company providing solutions to clients across various sectors. Our business operations are based in [UK/head office location], and we work with suppliers and contractors both within the UK and internationally.

Our supply chain includes providers of technology infrastructure, software services, office equipment, facilities management, and professional services.

3. Policies in Relation to Modern Slavery

Hypercube have implemented policies that reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. These include:

  • Supplier Relationship Aspects Directive – which enforces due diligence, risk assessments, and controls for third-party engagements, and supports the integration of ethical and legal standards into procurement decisions.
  • Anti-Bribery Policy – which sets expectations around ethical behaviour and compliance with anti-corruption legislation.
  • Whistleblowing Policy – which encourages employees to report unethical conduct or wrongdoing, including human rights violations, in a protected and confidential manner.

We are currently reviewing and enhancing our internal policies to ensure they explicitly reference and address the risks of modern slavery and forced labour.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain by evaluating supplier practices during onboarding and throughout the contract lifecycle. This includes:

  • Conducting risk-based due diligence checks prior to entering supplier agreements.
  • Evaluating supplier compliance with ethical standards, including labour practices and adherence to applicable laws.
  • Requiring written contracts that include obligations for suppliers to comply with all applicable modern slavery and human trafficking legislation.
  • Reserving the right to audit high-risk suppliers and assess their operations and labour practices.

Where risks are identified, we require suppliers to take corrective actions. For critical or high-risk relationships, additional controls or oversight may be imposed.

5. Training and Awareness

We provide induction training to all employees and promote awareness of human rights obligations through our policies and internal communications. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are exploring the introduction of modern slavery awareness training for employees involved in procurement and supplier management.

6. Monitoring and Review

We conduct annual supplier performance reviews and maintain records of incidents or breaches, including those involving labour practices. Any violations related to human rights or modern slavery will be investigated thoroughly and may result in the termination of contracts or referral to relevant authorities.

7. Approval and Publication

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Hypercube’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ending 2026.

It has been approved by the Board of Directors of Hypercube Consulting Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
