The Challenge
The rebrand required the migration and reconfiguration of all cloud services, user identities, and digital assets within a fixed and immovable timeline. The project was highly sensitive, with all changes needing to remain confidential until the official brand launch.

- Digital Workplace Rebranding: Transitioned all cloud and device-level branding, including Intune, Azure, desktops, lock screens, wallpapers and network identifiers, without disrupting day-to-day operations.
- Application & Collaboration Alignment: Reviewed, renamed and reconfigured SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps and supporting services, carefully managing dependencies to prevent disruption to existing workflows.
- Risk-Managed Delivery & Testing: Executed extensive planning, validation and scenario testing across identity, applications, DNS, certificates and service accounts, ensuring a secure, error-free go-live for a highly visible rebrand.
