Vision and prioritisation: Hypercube presents an “art of the possible” session on data and AI techniques tailored to the client’s context, followed by structured prioritisation of 3–5 high-impact initiatives using a proven scoring matrix.

Roadmap and operating model principles: Participants co-define the principles for a phased roadmap and supporting operating model, covering platform components, delivery sequencing, and internal capability development.

Wrap-up and next steps: Key decisions are summarised, initiatives confirmed, and deliverables aligned.
